International Orders
International orders can now be accepted using your PayPal account. Duties, taxes or brokerage charges are not included in the Order, and will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.
Errors and Omissions in Copy
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, typographical, omissions or photographic errors can and do occur. Please understand that we reserve the right to make corrections where discovered, and Bikethreads.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions to our copy and pricing. We are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
Quantity Limits
Bikethreads.com at its own discretion, reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantities sold to individuals or prohibit sales to dealers.
Returns
Bikethreads.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED condition and in the original package, within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, less the original postage and handling. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items or worn/washed clothing and customer service retains complete discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. It is our goal to process all returns within 5 business day of receipt.
